Podcast Producer & Showrunner for a Small Roster of Clients
From concept to clips, we partner with a limited number of founders, creators, and brands to build intentional, producer-led shows—not just more content.
You bring the room and the cameras. We build the show.
Why a Producer-Led Podcast Matters
A podcast isn’t just talking into a mic. It’s a show. We treat it like one — with structure, segments, and a plan for how every episode lives beyond the recording day.
Clarity Over Chaos
No more “let’s just talk and hope it works.” We build a repeatable format with segments so every episode has a clear purpose.
Content That Travels
Each session becomes a full episode plus short-form clips ready for social, reels, and your wider content ecosystem.
You Show Up, We Run the Show
You focus on being the talent. We handle planning, flow, and post-production like a showrunner for your personal network.
Who This Is For?
Founders and CEOs building a personal or company show
Experts, coaches, and consultants selling high-ticket services
Clinics and professional practices that need a trust-building channel
Creators with an existing audience who want a professional format

FAQs
-
No. You’re responsible for booking your recording location and crew. I can recommend studios and partners and advise on setup, but those costs are separate from this retainer.
-
This retainer covers episodes and short-form clips plus titles and descriptions. Full social media management is a separate service, but I can connect you with partners or build a custom scope.
-
Yes. Some clients start with a shorter launch run or a test cycle. On our call, we can talk about what makes sense for where you are right now.
If you’re serious about launching or leveling up a podcast and want a producer in your corner—not just an editor—let’s talk about fit, timing, and which retainer makes sense for you.
